The Prancing Pony

soo...today was the first day of track try-outs. we all crammed in the gym bleachers and listened to the coaches drone on about who knows what. then we stretched, which was rather interesting, considering we had some of the boys running it. we would yell out the count, and they would yell, "ready?" before each stretch, and we would all yell, "ready!" back, except, of course for the few girls who were too cool for that.
we went outside (in the cold and rain, might i add) and they had us run a mile for time. i ran it in seven minutes and fifty three seconds(in the cold and rain)! thats a new record for me, but i know i could have gone faster. then they split us up into distance and sprints, and i did distance. by that time, my legs were bright red and numb from the knee up, but i wasnt tired, no, not me. mr. miller had the distance people just start running and keep running so he could see who would keep going. i didnt stop once! there was this group of three girls who were behind me, then would run really fast and pass me, then start walking. and then i would pass them.then they would start running again, and pass me, and then they would walk and blah blah blah it never ended!! then i just started singing "goodnight and goodbye" (that is a jonas brothers song, if you couldnt guess. you know me!) and whoosh i was gone. well, possibly not that dramatically, but i did well enough that i passed a bunch of people and didnt stop for the whole 3.25 miles that we ran. all thanks to the jonas brothers! i sang about half of their cd in my head as i ran, and it kept me going. thanks joe, nick and kevin!! :D

i am not in baltimore, and nor is it morning, i just felt like typing that. :D

soo, what is up with you people? cuz my life is pretty much BORING right now.

i am going to try out for the track team at school so you should be proud of me. the tryouts are on the freaking first day back from spring break...which also happens to be the same day as the auditions for the school play which is a load of crap. so i cant do both! which is also a load of crap. the play did look kinda dumb though...its school house rock junior. fun fun fun.

lets see...over spring break i:
~trained for track
~went shopping a LOT
~discovered taylor swift's music (shes really good, you should look her up!)
~practiced guitar so now i can (kind of) play "our song" and "teardrops on my guitar" (both are taylor swift)
and...*drumroll*


~GREW LIKE A QUARTER OF AN INCH!!! YAYYY!!!
so now im like, five one. :)

the concert on tuesday was AMAZING!!!!!! i couldnt beleive i was actually seeing the JONAS BROTHERS!!! it was soooo incredible. they played five songs from their new record (which is coming out on july 8, by the way) and they were all GREAT. hannah and i screamed for the entire three hours and i only lost my voice for one day!! the swimming lessons must have paid off...i have a really big lung capacity! :D
hannah's dad took over 100 pictures...so ill post them when i upload them.

less than a week till my jonas brothers concert!!!!! i am sooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!
